Faculty and Students involvement in Academic Affairs
Department Head conducts Departmental meetings at regular intervals and discuss the academic affairs and suggests the management.Faculty members involved in various committees of the college for smooth running of the college. They are also given responsibilities in various managerial activities. They are courage in various academic affairs like conducting seminars, group discussions. Department also conducts social activities which related to the respective department with support of students. Where students gets social awareness and linkage their studies with the society. Students are also part of organizational activities. Students are members of various college committees. This helps to have Management - Students, Management - Staff, Staff - Students interaction. which in turn helps to know the pros and corns of the regular activities of the college activities, where the management takes necessary activities to improve the quality of education.

Good Governance
To run the college in a democratic way, the governing body of the college consider the views/opinions of the students, faculty members and non-teaching members before implementing any policy matter. College has several committees in which staff, students are members. So for all activities staff and students can give their opinions before they are executed.

Students Feedback
The Management takes the feedback from the student twice in the year. While taking the feedback the management takes all the necessary precautions for not revealing the student name. And the feedback forms are analyzed by external experts. Based on the report given by the external expert faculty will be given advises/suggestions to improve the quality of education.
